The SSSC will be closed during the Christmas Vacation from 3pm Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 2nd January 2025. eVision (including College Records and Graduate Supervision Reporting) Student Self Service, Graduate Applicant Self Service and SITS:Vision will be unavailable on Tuesday 17th December from 7am to 9am while urgent, essential maintenance is undertaken in order to add additional CPU resources ahead of expected heavy system activity in January. The systems will also be considered "at risk" until 12pm midday. "At risk" in this context means that no further interruptions to service are expected but support and infrastructure teams will be closely monitoring systems.

Following general performance issues with the TMS system over the last few days developers have identified code fixes to assist system performance. As a consequence, TMS will be unavailable from 6.30pm to 7pm on Tuesday 3rd December while these emergency fixes are deployed to the system. Apologies for the very late notice of this.
