The Fees Team is able to help with questions relating to student fees, including fee status queries, fee liability, non-payment of fees, continuation charges and the fee schedule.

Colleagues can discuss setting up a scholarship under the Graduate Endowment Matched Scholarships matched funding scheme, contact gems@admin.ox.ac.uk for further information.
The Graduate Admissions and Funding Handbook should include all the key information in relation to graduate scholarship administration, including a list of scholarship manager contacts for individual scholarship schemes, advice on setting up new scholarships, scholarship offer letter templates, how to request lists of eligible candidates, and the financial declaration process.

For new starters there is a termly Graduate Admissions New Starter Forums, which provide a general overview of central graduate admissions and funding processes.

If there is an issue because an applicant or student’s fee status is yet to be determined, please email the Fees Team at student.fees@admin.ox.ac.uk.
If the fee status is known and your query is in relation to a specific student’s funding situation, please email student.funding@admin.ox.ac.uk.
If a student might qualify for Oxford’s bursary support for students from lower-income households, but they have not yet been notified of their eligibility, please email bursaries@admin.ox.ac.uk
The US loans team complete a wide range of US and Canadian documentation on behalf of the University, and have knowledge of the complex rules and regulations relating to these.
Student requests should be forwarded to us.loans@admin.ox.ac.uk for completion.
Please also let the team know if you are new to a role that will be dealing with US loans so that you can be added to the relevant mailing list.
The team contributes to policy related to fees and student support for both graduates and undergraduates, and attend a number of panels and sub-committees, particularly those reporting to Education Committee.
