Getting help with Oracle Service Cloud (OSC)

For OSC assistance, including access queries, users should contact the Student Systems Support Centre using the details on the right hand side.

Oracle Service Cloud is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that provides a host of tools to support customer delivery including:

  • Customer self service FAQs
  • Customer enquiries management
  • Ad-hoc mailings and surveys to prospective students
  • Newsletters and mailing lists
  • Analytics to help monitor service delivery

Departments are responsible for maintaining their own in-house training documents and procedures for the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) system. However, the Student Systems Support Centre are able to assist if there are any specific requirements including the addition or amendment of reports.
