Getting help with Oracle Service Cloud (OSC)

OVERVIEW

Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) is a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that provides a host of tools to support customer delivery including:

  • Customer self service FAQs
  • Customer enquiries management
  • Ad-hoc mailings and surveys to prospective students
  • Newsletters and mailing lists
  • Analytics to help monitor service delivery

Accessing OSC remotely

OSC can be accessed remotely by downloading from the link originally supplied when access to OSC is first granted. Please contact SSSC if you require the link.

Please note that in order to be able to download OSC your device must have an up-to-date version of the .NET framework installed (at least version 4.6.2 and above). Please visit the Microsoft website if you require an updated version. 

 

 

 

USER GUIDES

Departments are responsible for maintaining their own in-house training documents and procedures for the Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) system. However, the Student Systems Support Centre are able to assist if there are any specific requirements including the addition or amendment of reports. 

System Availability

eVision and SITS:Vision "at risk" on Tuesday 25th February from 7am to 9am

eVision (including Student Self Service and Graduate Applicant Self Service) and SITS:Vision will be considered "at risk" on Tuesday 25th February from 7am to 9am while essential infrastructure work is undertaken. Please see the Notices page for further details.
