Our Services

We have three main functions:

Strategy and planning: to ensure that our services align with the University’s strategic plan and keep pace with technological change.

Support: to ensure that our users receive effective support and training, and that our services are efficiently operated and maintained. The Student Systems Support Centre (SSSC) provides guidance, training, management, and development for a variety of systems.

Service improvement: to monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of our services, ensuring that we meet the expectations of service users. See the Improvements page for further information.

System Availability

eVision and SITS:Vision “at risk” on Tuesday 8th April from 7am to 9am

eVision (including Student Self Service and Graduate Applicant Self Service) and SITS:Vision will be considered “at risk” on Tuesday 8th April from 7am to 9am while essential infrastructure work is undertaken.
