Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our student population is crucial for underpinning many university operations including fee collection, internal and external funding, statutory returns, and examination, assessment and award outcomes. Failure to maintain data of the highest quality could leave the university at risk of financial and reputational damage; in order to mitigate these risks the Academic Administration Division (AAD) has in place a Student Data Policy 2023.
