Research Degree students for DPhil, Master of Letters (MLitt) and Master of Science by Research (MSc Res) are no longer required to submit a hard copy of their thesis to the Bodleian Libraries. This would previously have taken place after being granted Leave to Supplicate. Students for these degrees will now only need to submit a final copy of their thesis digitally, via the Oxford Research Archive, before graduating. Submission of a digital library copy for other research degrees remains voluntary. There will be no facility for voluntary hard copy submissions.
