The Undergraduate outreach privacy policy has been updated, describing how personal data is collected and used in accordance with GDPR, and related UK data protection legislation. The policy covers undergraduate outreach activities with individuals (aged 13 and older), including pupils, carers/families, school staff and community workers. The policy must be utilised by Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach and can be adopted by other University divisions and departments too. Colleges operate as their own legal entities; however, the policy can be used as a guide whilst consulting with college Data Protection Officers.
