The University currently expects teaching to be predominantly in-person next term, in line with Government guidance and our current teaching and assessment plans. However, the situation is evolving rapidly, and this may be subject to change. Any need to make changes to these plans will be considered and agreed by Education Steering Group and/or Education Committee.
Students have been told via today’s Student News that the University and colleges continue to monitor developments closely, and that we will update them via their University email as soon as possible if there are any changes to current plans. They have also been reassured that we have contingency plans in place for a range of scenarios, and that we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of education regardless of the impact of the pandemic.
