The UK Government has now published more detailed operational guidance for universities, following the Prime Minister’s announcement that, subject to a final review of the data, many legal COVID restrictions will end on Monday 19 July as England moves to step 4 of the Government roadmap.
The University continues urgently to review the guidance as a priority and will make an announcement early next week about how the University will respond to the expected move to step 4 on 19 July.
In the meantime, all staff and students should continue to follow all existing Government and University guidance.
