For the first time in Oxford's history, students formed part of the nominating committee to elect the University's new Vice-Chancellor. Professor Irene Tracey, Warden of Merton College, has been nominated as the next Vice-Chancellor, and following approval from Congregation, will succeed Professor Louise Richardson in 2023. Oxford SU's VP for Graduates represented Oxford students and has written about the experience on the Oxford Students website.
