Colleagues in colleges, departments and divisions are reminded to record all collegiate University scholarships for new graduate students starting in October on eVision. Departments and/or divisions are responsible for recording departmental, divisional and research council scholarships, and colleges are responsible for college scholarships. The Student Fees and Funding team will record any centrally managed scholarships, such as Clarendon. The data is used extensively for identifying trends and to support the case for increased investment in this area, as well as being needed for applications to funding bodies such as Research Councils. Full instructions on adding, editing and deleting scholarships on eVision are available from the Graduate Admissions Manuals on the Student Systems website.
