The Oxford Migration Debate

full details of the Oxford Migration Debate are listed in the body of this webpage

The University is committed to freedom of speech – and is working with staff and students across the University to support conversations on difficult issues taking place in a respectful and courteous manner.

Chaired by Worcester College Provost David Isaac, the Oxford Migration Debate will take place on Thursday 2 November, 5-6.30pm at the Sultan Nazrin Shah Centre. The event is open to all staff and students and will give space to speakers from both sides of the argument on whether there should be more or less migration in the UK.

This debate will introduce a framework of 'tips' to promote free speech developed by Oxford students and academics.
