New toolkit supports racially inclusive teaching at Oxford

A new toolkit is now available, providing resources, guidance and tools to support racially inclusive teaching at Oxford. The Racially Inclusive Teaching Toolkit recognises the variety of teaching contexts and disciplines across the University, and can be used by individuals or groups of colleagues. There are also opportunities for staff and students to explore the toolkit in partnership. The toolkit was developed by the Centre for Teaching and Learning, in collaboration with staff from across the University and colleges, and was supported with funding from the University's Diversity Fund. Staff are encouraged to engage with the ideas and suggestions provided in the toolkit. However, its use is entirely a matter of personal choice.
