New project looking at how students from diverse backgrounds participate in learning

The Diversity of Student Experience research project is investigating how students from diverse backgrounds experience teaching and learning at Oxford. As part of the project, staff-student lunches are being financed in Trinity term 2023 to facilitate casual conversations around student experiences of belonging and being made to matter, as well as experience of feeling out of place and uncomfortable in Oxford’s learning environment. If you are a member of academic or support staff and would like to be involved and take a student to lunch, please express your interest.
