From week commencing Monday 24 May there will be a new way of obtaining Lateral Flow Device (LFD) tests at Oxford. ‘LFD Collect’ will give students and staff studying or working on-site the opportunity to pick up pre-packed LFD test kits to use at home or in college. From that point, staff and students will be able to either use LFD Collect, make use of the University’s symptom-free testing centres (which continue to be available), or get tests via other Government routes. They must also report LFD results both to the University and the NHS. You don’t need to do this if you use the University’s symptom-free testing centres as the results will be reported on your behalf. A video has been created to show how the testing centres work.
