The Focus team is looking for the next cohort of Local Practitioners to start in October 2022, after a successful pilot. The Local Practitioner Development Programme runs over six months and aims to develop Continuous Improvement (CI) skills across the wider University and give local teams the tools and techniques to implement improvements in their working lives. It is a key enabler of the Professional Services Together strategy. In order to take part, you need your line manager's support, time to dedicate to the programme and a suitable local improvement project to work on.
