Phase one of the shows a 93% satisfaction rate for new students’ arrival experience, with 92% saying they would recommend the University to friends. League tables and the University website were the top factors influencing applications. The highest satisfaction responses were from the Social Sciences Division, with significant participation from female, undergraduate and international students.
