The scope of the University's Crankstart programme of financial support is expanding to students from disadvantaged and under-represented backgrounds at every step of their Oxford journey. In addition to Crankstart Scholarships for undergraduates, the programme will now also fund access initiatives, including outreach to schools and transition support for students starting university. It will also expand provision for students moving into graduate study, through graduate access initiatives and graduate scholarships.
