A co-directorship model has been agreed for Student Welfare and Support Services, with Kathy Noren retaining responsibility as Head of Disability Services, and Jane Harris as Head of Counselling, and essential support for the new structure being provided by Deputy Heads of DAS and Counselling, and service team leaders. Both Kathy and Jane will lead a portfolio linked to their respective expertise, and together as Co-Directors they will drive forward the emerging departmental strategic plan. They will also lead a programme of change management across the department to ensure a resilient service able to meet current and future needs.
