Changes to Student Information team at Exam Schools

 

The Student Information team based at the Exam Schools is being retired at the end of August, with its staff assigned to other sections of Student Registry. As a result, the student.information@admin.ox.ac.uk email address will stop being monitored from Friday 1 September. This change will allow for greater emphasis on communications in Student Registry to improve services from individual teams to staff and students; as well as improving links between registration and other student record activities to enhance processes and data quality.

 

Termly registration communications will now be managed by the Data Quality Team from a new student.registration@admin.ox.ac.uk address (which students will be able to contact via Student Self Service). The management of Recognised Students has been returned to individual faculties and departments. Further communication about how this may affect colleges and departments will be sent directly in early August.
