The UK Government is expected to confirm on Monday 10 May whether it will move to Step 3 of its roadmap for easing national restrictions. It will also be expected to provide updated guidance for students and universities.
Once published, the University and colleges will urgently review the guidance as a priority, and will provide further information as soon as possible.
This is likely to be towards the end of this week (10-16 May). Until that point, students should be referred to the guidance published on the University’s student coronavirus website.
